Completion of the course:
Gain an overview of the nature of communication and the most important communication techniques;
The basic principles of communication and the main communication skills;
Understands the most common listening skills, the most common communication skills, and the most common communication strategies;

Active listening and reflection;
Listener openness, empathy, confidentiality, personal boundaries;
Listening barriers, main listening errors;
The results of good listening.

Practical Communication Psychology
Do you want to develop your communication skills and better understand people's behaviour? We offer a 2-day practical communication psychology course that provides an overview of the principles of communication psychology and practical techniques that can be applied in everyday life, in the work environment and in personal relationships.
Pre-registration is required to attend the training!
