Tuition

For the 2026/27 academic year

The tuition fee for a full-time student is €2,600 per academic year. Full-time study is defined as taking 23 or more ECTS credits per semester. For a 3-year program, this brings the total cost of study to €7,800.
Alternatively, it is possible to complete the program in 4 years, in which case the annual tuition fee is proportionally lower:

The total cost of the program is the same for both study options.

When studying part-time or taking individual courses, the tuition rate is 50 € per credit (ECTS). For part-time study—that is, when earning up to 23 EAP per semester—and when taking individual courses, the tuition rate is 50 € per credit (ECTS). Important: the tuition fees listed above are fixed only for the 2026/27 academic year. In subsequent academic years, tuition fees may increase, but the increase will not exceed 10% per year.

Discounts
Students permanently residing in Estonia will receive a 15% discount for the 2026/27 academic year, as decided by the Rector’s Council. Members of the Methodist Church are eligible for an additional 10% discount.
Need-Based Scholarship
Students who have difficulty paying tuition may apply for a Need-Based scholarship. Each application is reviewed individually, and the awarding of the scholarship depends on the funding sources currently available. The deadline for submitting a Need-Based scholarship application is September 10.

TUITION PAYMENT PROCEDURES
Tuition is paid twice a year:
  • First-semester tuition by September 30
  • Second-semester tuition by January 31

In case of a delay in tuition payment, a late fee of 0.2% per day will be applied to the outstanding amount.
If any portion of the tuition remains unpaid by the end of the academic year (August 19), it must be paid in the new academic year at the new academic year’s rate.
Tuition fees already paid will not be refunded in case of withdrawal from studies or failure to attend classes.
Changes to tuition fees for the following academic year will be published on the seminar’s website no later than March of the current academic year.

PAID SERVICES
The unit of payment is the tuition fee per credit (ECTS), based on the tuition fee rate in effect for the corresponding year.
Application to retake an exam. If a student has not taken the exam on the scheduled dates and requests another opportunity to take it, tuition fee for one ECTS credit will be applied.
Fee for retaking a course (if the student was previously enrolled in the course but did not attend classes and/or did not pass the course with a passing grade) (tuition fee for 1 ECTS credit)
VÕTA application (the fee per 1 ECTS applies to the evaluation of one diploma/certificate/continuing education/work experience up to 10 ECTS).
Interpretation service fee (rate per ECTS). A student requiring interpretation is required to notify the instructor if they will not attend a lecture or an agreed-upon meeting. The interpreter fee applies if an interpreter has been scheduled but the student requiring interpretation fails to attend the lecture or meeting and has not provided 24 hours’ advance notice. The interpreter is not required to wait for the student requiring interpretation for longer than one lecture hour (45 minutes).
Re-enrollment application (fee equivalent to one EAP).

Duplicate
  • Issuance of a duplicate diploma. (fee equivalent to 1 ECTS)
  • Issuance of a duplicate academic transcript (including a grade sheet or other document reflecting the results of curriculum completion). (fee equivalent to 1 ECTS credit)
  • Issuance of a duplicate of the English-language academic transcript (Diploma Supplement) fee equivalent to 1 ECTS credit

An invoice will be issued upon provision of services. In the event of a delay in payment, a late payment fee of 0.2% per day will be applied to the outstanding amount.
