1. Call for applications
1.1.A public competition for the post of a regular lecturer shall be announced in the event of a vacancy, including when the term of the contract of employment of the person holding the post is less than one year or when an existing post is reorganised or a new post is created.
1.2. The Rector shall decide on the announcement of the open competition and it shall be announced by Rector's decree.
2. Requirements for candidates
2.1. Requirements for candidates for the post of Associate Professor:
At least five years of teaching experience in a higher education institution, including experience in supervising student work.
5 years of teaching experience, including at least five years of teaching experience in a teaching post
Qualifications including: - a doctorate or equivalent, university degree or equivalent
2.2. Requirements for applicants for the post of Lecturer:
Pedagogical skills and professional experience.
Master's degree or equivalent qualification
The documents required and the procedure for their submission.
Qualifications and qualifications required or equivalent qualifications
Application form
CV
A copy of the document certifying the educational and scientific qualifications.
Other supporting documents, including evidence of teaching experience.
4. Evaluation and selection of candidates
4.1. The Rector submits the files of the candidates to the Rector's Council for assessment of their suitability.
4.2. For first-time candidates for the post of Associate Professor, a public lecture is compulsory, the time and place of which will be announced on the EMK TS website.
4.3 The Rector shall submit the dossiers of the shortlisted candidates and the recommendation of the Rector's Council to the Executive Board for decision.
4.4 The appointment of assistant professors and lecturers is decided by the Presidium of the TS.
4.5. The Rector of the Seminary shall, on the basis of the decision of the Presidium, conclude a contract of employment with the selected candidates.
