Through the Spiritual Gifts and Teamwork open course, BMTS teacher Ago Lilleorg will help create a Foundation for the biblical use of spiritual gifts in ministry and to improve participants’ teamwork skills in their congregation.

GOALS OF THE COURSE
- To give students a systematic overview of the meaning of spiritual gifts in the Bible and in church history.
- To explain how an abundance of spiritual gifts supports the church’s mission and enables efficient teamwork.
- To develop students’ ability to analyse their own and others’ spiritual gifts’ effects on the team dynamic.
- To develop practical skills for how to use one’s spiritual gifts to develop their team and to avoid conflicts in their congregation.
