From 19–23 August 2026, the international History Makers training programme will take place at Rabav Tourism Farm in Järva County, Estonia. The programme focuses on the principles of Christian leadership, discipleship, and spiritual growth.
History Makers is part of the International Leadership Institute’s global leadership training programme. Its purpose is to equip and encourage leaders who want to use their lives and ministries more effectively for the Kingdom of God.
Topics covered during the training include intimacy with God, evangelism, developing and multiplying disciples, family priority, and integrity.
Who is the training for?
The training is open to everyone who wants to grow as a leader, gain new knowledge and skills, and receive encouragement for their ministry. It is particularly aimed at young leaders and people involved in youth ministry, both those with limited experience and experienced leaders.
History Makers has a special focus on training and equipping young and emerging leaders aged 18–35 throughout Europe. However, older participants are also warmly welcome.
We particularly encourage youth leaders and youth workers from both Estonian- and Russian-speaking churches to participate. The training will be conducted in Estonian, Russian, and English.
Registration is open until Monday, 10 August. Places are limited, so we recommend registering as soon as possible.
The training is organised in cooperation with the Baltic Methodist Theological Seminary (BMTS).
